【摘要】:Thisclassificationschemedefinesthetypeofmotions,skills,ortoolsrequiredforaparticulartypeofchild-resistantpackageandprovidesexamplesofcurrentpackagingwithinthattype.ReferencetoaparticularpackageinthisclassificationisnotintendedinanymannertodenoteendorsementorapprovalofthepackagebyASTM.Packageshavebeenincludedasexamplesbasedonmanufacturers''claimsofchild-resistance.Child-resistantpackagefunctionalityforanyspecificproducttypemustbedeterminedbythepackager/manufacturerfollowingtheguidelinesofthePPPAof1970andthemostcurrentversionoftheCFRTitle16Part1700andTitle40Part157.Thelistingofapackageinthisclassificationisnotanindicationofwhetherornotithasbeensuccessfullytestedinaccordancewiththeaforementionedguidelines.AdditionsordeletionstotheexamplesshouldbereportedtoCommitteeD10onPackaging,forincorporationintothisclassificationduringthenextrevision.1.1Thisclassificationcoversvarioustypesofchild-resistantpackages.1.2Theexamplesforeachtypeofchild-resistantpackagingarenotintendedtobeall-inclusive,butareincludedonlyasanaidintheunderstandingandcomprehensionofeachtypeofclassification.1.3ListingsarenottobeconsideredendorsementsorapprovalofthepackagebyASTM.
