【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofchlorineinlubricatingoilsandgreases,includingnewandusedlubricatingoilsandgreasescontainingadditives,andinadditiveconcentrates.Itsrangeofapplicabilityis0.1to50m%chlorine.Theprocedureassumesthatcompoundscontaininghalogensotherthanchlorinewillnotbepresent.Thepreferredunitsaremasspercent.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Attentioniscalledtospecificwarningstatementsincorporatedinthetestmethod.
