【摘要】:ThispartofISO8873outlinesrequirementsfortheapplicationofrigidcellularplasticspraypolyurethanefoamforthermalinsulation.Theprimaryapplicationofthematerialisforuseasthermalinsulation.Spraypolyurethanefoamcanalsobeusedastheairbarriermaterialwhichformspartofanairbarrierassemblyinbuildings.Underspecificapplicationconditions,thematerialcanbeusedinvapourbarrierapplicationsinabuildingassembly(detailsoftheconditionscanbeobtainedfromthemanufacturer).Theapplicationrequirementsarefortheinstallationofspraypolyurethanefoamwhetherappliedonabuildingsiteorinaprefabrication(manufacturing)facility.ThispartofISO8873canbeusedfornon-buildingapplicationswhenagreedtobythesupplierandthepurchaser.Therequirementsincludeobligationsforthemanufacturer,thecontractorandtheinstaller.Therequirementsincludetheselectionofchemicalcomponents,applicationrequirements,qualitycontrolanddocumentationoftheapplication,limitationsfortheapplicationandrequirementsforsafetyandfordisposalofassociatedwastematerialandpackaging.Installationofspraypolyurethanefoamforthermalinsulation,accordingtothispartofISO8873requirestheuseofmaterialsand/orequipmentthatcouldbehazardous.
