【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttothermoformingmachinesforcontinuoussheetandsinglesheetsofthermoplasticsmaterials,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhichareforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Athermoformingmachinemayconsistofaformingunitoraformingunitlinkedtooneormoreadditionalunits.Thisstandardcoversthefollowingunits:?continuoussheetunwindunit;?singlesheetfeedunit;?materialintake;?conveyingequipment;?heatingunit;?preheatingunit;?edgeheatingunit;?componentfeeding/insertingunit;?formingstation;?finishingstation;?stackingstation;?dischargestation;?residualsheetwindingunit;?sheetcuttingunit.ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotapplytounitsmountedupstreamordownstreamofthethermoformingmachine:?whichhaveaseparatecontrolsystem;and/or?arelocatedseparately.NOTE1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsformachinessuppliedasasingleformingunitoranumberofunitsdesignedtooperateasasinglemachine.Additionalunitsthatmaybeintroducedatalaterstageshouldbeconsideredseparatelyapplyingrelevantstandardsandtakingintoaccountanyhazardsarisingthroughtheirinteractionwiththethermoformingmachine.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytounitswhichareintegratedintoform,fillandsealmachines.ThesearecoveredinEN415-3:1999.ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotapplytounitswhichincorporateheatingsystemswhicharefuelledbygas.NOTE2Thermoformingmachinesgenerallydonotcreateexplosiveatmospheres.InprincipletheythereforecorrespondwithlineFofTable2oftheATEXGuidelineandconsequentlydonotfallwithinthescopeofDirective94/9/EC.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothermoformingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
